Our program is built on six foundational areas that guide our mission and ensure we remain focused on helping young women build skills and independence for a successful future. We meet each resident where they are in their journey, tailoring our support to address their unique needs and helping them thrive personally and professionally.

EMPLOYMENT READINESS
We support residents in building resumes, preparing for job interviews, and securing employment, providing hands-on support every step of the way.
EDUCATION SUPPORT
We assist residents in pursuing their educational goals by providing guidance and support at every stage of their academic journey. Whether it's completing high school, enrolling in GED programs, or exploring opportunities for higher education, we help individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
TRANSPORTATION
We teach residents how to navigate public transportation, access rideshare services, and understand basic transportation options. Additionally, we help residents prepare for and obtain their driver's licenses to enhance their mobility and independence.
FINANCIAL LITERACY
We help residents open checking and savings accounts, teaching them how to manage their finances and create a "survival number" to understand how to budget and ensure financial stability.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
We prioritize the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of our residents by offering access to mental health, medical, and dental services. We promote fitness and wellness activities, and encourage engagement in hobbies and recreational pursuits. These services ensure residents maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
ENGAGEMENT
We guide residents in enhancing communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence to help them navigate relationships with empathy, utilize community resources, and build positive connections with peers and mentors.
